Dear residents of Julemosegård,
The following important information and requests have been sent to all residents.
1. Asphalt work in week 26
The contractor will carry out asphalt work next week:
- Monday: preparation and construction of speed bumps.
- Tuesday: laying the wearing course from the site cabins to the entrance.
- Wednesday: completion of speed bumps.
It will be possible to leave on Monday morning, but access will be restricted during Monday. Access will be completely closed from Tuesday morning until Wednesday morning. The contractor will do as much as possible on Tuesday but will return to finish the remaining bumps.
Temporary parking is available on Julemosevænge during the work. Do not park on the pavement, as this may result in police fines. Park on the opposite side from the pavement and as far in as possible.
2. Dogs: clean up and use a lead
Complaints have been received about dogs running loose and owners not cleaning up after them. Cleaning up after your dog is mandatory. All dogs must be on a lead both in shared areas and nearby areas, including the nature park. These are conditions for dogs being allowed in the area and for good neighbourly relations.
3. Parking
Reports of inappropriate parking have also been received. Please follow the signs and use the parking spaces. Incorrect parking can inconvenience residents, waste collectors, the contractor and emergency vehicles.
