The notice from LEA

Dear residents of Julemosegård,

This general notice has been sent to all residents of the property.

Over the past few days, the landscape gardeners have been laying jointing sand in driveways and on patios. The contractor advises, and sincerely apologises, that this work was omitted from the repair schedule issued for the one-year inspection. Some residents may therefore have been surprised by the work, including access to patios. The contractor should of course have announced it in the repair schedule or otherwise notified residents beforehand.

The gardeners will return on Saturday 27 June to replace the remaining paving slabs and lay the remaining jointing sand. They will knock at the homes where this work remains outstanding.

The sand needs to stay in place for a few days to settle properly between the slabs. The gardeners will therefore return at the end of next week (week 27) to sweep away excess sand.

The jointing sand is an additional service provided as part of the one-year inspection. After the final sweeping, a pile of jointing sand will be placed by the car park for residents to use freely. Please see the attached overview map.
