Outdoor heat pump unit inspections in week 40
Hvam Tekniq will inspect outdoor units in week 40 to check drains before winter. You do not need to be home; annual servicing will be announced separately.

Dear residents of Julemosegård,
As colder weather approaches, the heat pumps will gradually begin running more. Following last winter’s very low temperatures and the problems with condensation and water in the sheds, the building contractor will inspect the heat pumps to ensure all drains are correctly fitted before winter and possible frost.
The outdoor heat pump units will be inspected during week 40.
Access to the home itself is not required. Only the outdoor unit in the separate shed in front of the home needs to be accessed, so you do not need to be at home.
Plumbing company Hvam Tekniq will carry out the inspections. They will only unlock the heat pump shed, and each visit will take a short time.
