Moving into your new home is approaching quickly. Please take note of this practical information. You have previously received a welcome letter; if you have not read it, please find it and read or reread it.
Access via Gladgårdsvænge
The attached map marks the access road in yellow. Please use this road. Gladgårdsvænge will also be the permanent access route to the property.
Key handover
At the date and time of your key handover, simply meet at your home, where the inspection officer will meet you. You may use your own parking space. Your specific key handover time appears in the welcome letter previously sent to you.
Coffee cart
The landlord has arranged a free coffee cart on moving-in day. Its location is marked with a cross by block 1 on the attached map. Please take a well-earned break from moving and visit the cart, where you can also meet your new neighbours.
Consideration when moving in
This is a new development with many people moving in. Particularly high activity is expected on moving-in days and the following weekend. Please be considerate of each other.
Construction fencing
The surrounding properties will be completed in stages, so some areas will remain unfinished when you move in. For safety reasons, do not enter the construction sites around the neighbouring properties. The attached map shows the construction fencing and areas that must not be entered.
