This general reminder has been sent to all residents. As part of the ongoing one-year repairs, the building contractor has asked us to remind you to prepare for painting repairs.
- Where there are shrinkage cracks or other painting repairs in stairwells, please remove pictures and similar items from the walls.
- Where there are shrinkage cracks or other painting repairs on other walls, please remove pictures and similar items and move furniture at least one metre away from the surfaces to be painted.
