The notice from LEA
Dear future residents of Julemosegård,
On behalf of the owner, we can confirm that residents will be able to install their own EV charger at their home, allowing them to choose the solution and provider that best meets their needs.
Ejendomsselskabet JMG ApS will provide conduit with a cable terminating in a box in the shed to simplify installation. Each household will then choose its own supplier.
Tenants must ensure that installation is carried out by an authorised installer and complies with applicable rules and standards. This includes installing a switch/surge protection to prevent the charger affecting the home’s electricity supply. Tenants must also obtain insurance covering damage related to the charger.
The installation belongs entirely to the tenant. The tenant pays installation costs, ongoing costs and maintenance and is responsible for reinstatement when moving out.
Before starting installation, tenants must notify the administrator in writing and confirm acceptance of these conditions.
We know many residents have asked about home charging and hope this information answers your questions.
