Lights, speed limits and parking: notice from LEA

Hvam Teknik will replace lights in week 37. LEA also covers the 15 km/h zone, trailers, company vehicles and marked parking bays.

Dear residents of Julemosegård,

This is a reminder that Hvam Teknik will visit next week (week 37) to replace the outdoor lights on the entrance side, where there are currently two small lights.

Access to the homes is not required. However, the lights must remain switched off during the work so the installers can work safely without electric shocks.

Please also note the following points concerning shared areas:

The current 30 km/h sign will shortly be replaced by a 15 km/h zone sign.
Trailers must not be parked in the shared parking spaces.
Residents with company vehicles are encouraged to park them in the large shared car park behind the farm at Julemosegård 141 at weekends, leaving more space for other residents and guests in the other shared parking areas.
Parking is only permitted in marked parking bays. If there is no space at your home, please use the shared parking areas, including the car park behind the farm at Julemosegård 141.
