The notice from LEA

Dear residents of Julemosegård,

Here is an update on the checks planned for the weekend concerning dishwasher fronts and fitting hoses to heating systems.

On Saturday 11 October, the caretaker arrived with his team to carry out the inspections and repairs together with the appliance supplier. Unfortunately, the appliance supplier failed to attend without prior notice, leaving the caretaker with an unrealistic workload requiring more people.

Despite these difficulties, the caretaker reached approximately half the homes. Residents who did not receive a visit will of course receive a follow-up, to be coordinated later.

On behalf of the caretaker and landlord, we apologise and fully understand the frustration this may cause. The caretaker did his best to visit as many homes as possible under the circumstances. He and the owner are working to arrange the remaining follow-up in the near future.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
