The notice from LEA

Dear residents of Julemosegård,

The one-year inspections took place in weeks 15 and 16, recording any defects. As previously announced, repairs will take place in weeks 24, 25 and 26: Monday 8 June to Friday 26 June 2026.

The contractor has prepared the attached detailed repair schedule. It shows when work is planned for each home; the number before the abbreviations is the house number/address. Work will generally take place between 07:00 and 16:00. In some cases access may be needed over two days. If so, the tradespeople will advise residents verbally or leave a note in the home.

All residents are asked to acknowledge receipt in writing to the contractor using the details in your own notice from LEA, whether or not they will be at home. If you cannot be at home, you can authorise the contractor to enter; this must also be stated in writing to the contractor using the details in your own notice from LEA. The deadline for replying is Wednesday 27 May 2026.

Please note these points from the attached repair schedule:

  • Several different trades may visit your home, such as painters, carpenters and electricians, depending on the work required.
  • For painting work, please move pictures, furniture and other items at least one metre away from the surfaces to be painted.
  • For installation of access panels in ceilings and bathrooms by ventilation equipment, ensure space in front of the relevant doors and ceiling hatches.
  • Access to all sheds is needed for sealing on 15 and 16 June.
  • Drip edges will be fitted to the outside of all external doors on 22 and 23 June.

On behalf of the landlord, thank you for your understanding and apologies for any inconvenience.
