Dear residents,
On behalf of the landlord, please note that private belongings or other objects must not be stored in the shed containing the heat pump. The landlord will shortly arrange an inspection of the heat pumps. Free and unobstructed access to the heat pump and the installations in the shed is therefore necessary.
Please remove any stored items within seven days of the date of this letter. It is important to meet this deadline so the inspection can proceed without obstruction and the technicians can obtain the access they need.
