LEA’s welcome information about keys, name plates, utilities, payments and contacts when moving in.

Congratulations on your upcoming new home.
When will we receive the keys?
The attached schedule lists key handover and move-in inspection times. Find your home to see your time. Unfortunately, individual requests to change the date or time cannot be accommodated.
If you cannot attend the inspection
Please attend in person if possible. Otherwise, you may send a representative carrying written authorisation signed by both you and the representative. They must bring the physically signed authorisation, hand it to the inspection officer and show valid photo ID. Inform the administrator if you send a representative.
Name plates
Please inform the administrator of any special name-plate requests by 7 March 2025. Otherwise, the caretaker will use the names in the tenancy agreement.
Consideration during move-in
Many residents will be moving into this new development, particularly on moving-in days and the following weekend. Please be considerate. The surrounding properties are being completed in stages and some will still be unfinished. For safety reasons, do not enter the neighbouring construction sites.
Energy certificates and resident handbook
Energy certificates are being prepared and copies will be sent when ready. A resident handbook with information about the home and property will be supplied at move-in. It belongs to the property and must be kept and returned when moving out.
Utilities
We will register you with the electricity and water suppliers using readings taken at the move-in inspection. The suppliers will confirm registration.
At move-in you will automatically be registered with Strømlinet, as stated in section 11 of the tenancy agreement. The home is heated by a heat pump, so heating also uses electricity. You are free to choose another electricity supplier later. If you do not want initial registration with Strømlinet, inform the administrator by 7 March 2025.
Water consumption is billed directly by Uggeløse Vandværk. Wastewater is paid monthly on account, with an annual statement from the administrator.
Official address registration
It will probably only be possible to register your move a few days before or on the moving-in date.
Temporary cardboard and moving-waste container
A temporary container will be provided. Once it is removed, residents must take larger cardboard, such as furniture packaging, to the recycling centre at Nordkranvej 10, 3540 Lynge.
Payments and Betalingsservice
LEA recommends registering payments with Betalingsservice through your bank, using PBS number 30119444 and debtor group 00363. Use the individual customer number from your own letter; the recipient’s personal customer number is omitted from this public copy.
PBS sends the collection notice about ten days before payment, first on 1 May 2025. The letter states that payments not made by payment slip or Betalingsservice incur a DKK 250 fee on the next collection. Reprinting a payment slip costs DKK 160 plus VAT.
Contact the administrator to correct any errors in your name or address. LEA explains its collection and use of personal data in its privacy policy.
