This practical information has been sent to all residents.
Planting shrubs and perennials in week 28
Throughout next week, the gardeners will plant shrubs and perennials at all homes. Work starts at phase 1 and is expected to take the whole week. Please open any dog fencing to allow the gardeners access.
Fences by homes facing the central area
Gardens facing the central area still need levelling and grass sowing. The owner therefore asks you to wait until this work is finished before installing fences there.
Friendly reminders
- Driving: Reports of excessive speed have been received. Please drive carefully for pedestrians, playing children and other road users.
- Priority at the junction: The neighbouring property reports that priority to traffic from the right is not always respected in its area. Please show consideration and follow traffic rules outside your own area too.
- Children on the earth embankment: Children have reportedly been playing on the embankment. This can be dangerous and is discouraged.
