Dear residents of Julemosegård,
This notice has been sent to all residents.
Bird feeding
We have been informed that birds are being fed in some gardens. This is not permitted under the house rules because it can attract rats. Please stop feeding birds.
Parking
There are problems with parking outside marked bays, including along the road. Please use the parking spaces belonging to your home or the large car park by block 14.
Incorrect waste sorting and overflowing bins
Allerød Municipality’s waste department reports frequent incorrect sorting of residual and food waste, and overflowing bins whose lids cannot close. Bins are not emptied if lids cannot close or waste has been sorted incorrectly.
For collection problems, extra collections and similar matters, use the municipality’s self-service at alleroed.dk or the Affaldsportal app.
Sort waste correctly and ensure bin lids can close. Plastic waste must also be placed in closed bags to prevent it blowing out during collection.
Snow clearing and salting
The property service company clears and salts shared roads and shared parking areas. Residents are responsible for their own outdoor areas: their back garden and the area between the front door and the road.
House rules
The property’s house rules are attached. They have been updated in a few areas.
