Ventilation and heating service in November
RB Ventilation will service systems on 10–26 November 2025, with follow-up on dishwasher fronts and heating-system hoses where possible.

Dear residents of Julemosegård,
The new systems have now been operating for a few months and will be checked to optimise their operation. The purpose is to ensure every system is correctly configured for efficiency and electricity consumption. After this initial service, servicing will take place once a year.
RB Ventilation will carry out the service between 10 and 26 November 2025, from 08:00 to 16:00. The attached schedule gives the date for your home.
During the visit, caretaker Toni Madsen will, where possible, also check the remaining dishwasher fronts and fit the missing hoses to heating systems for future water filling.
These tasks cannot necessarily be completed on the same day as the service, but the landlord will do their best to coordinate them to minimise inconvenience. If this is not possible, the caretaker will subsequently arrange access where it has not already been agreed.
Please reply before 1 November to explain how access can be obtained, so arrangements can be recorded in advance. Send your reply to the contractor using the details in your own notice from LEA.
