The notice from LEA
Dear residents of Julemosegård,
We have received the attached documents from the landlord and hereby give notice of the one-year inspection on the landlord’s behalf. Full details are in the attachments.
The landlord and main contractor HP-Byg will first inspect all homes during weeks 15 and 16. The attached schedule gives the specific dates. Any defects found will then be repaired during weeks 24, 25 and 26. A detailed repair schedule will be sent beforehand.
You must return Appendix 1 indicating whether you will be at home or authorise access. Completing the defects list is optional; if you do complete it, please follow the guidelines on page 2.
Appendix 1 must be emailed to the contractor using the details in your own notice from LEA by Friday 6 March 2026 (week 10).
We have also learned that the paint codes for walls, ceilings and woodwork in the handbook supplied at move-in were incorrect. An updated resident handbook with the correct codes is attached.
On behalf of the landlord, thank you for your understanding and apologies for any inconvenience caused by the inspection. Have a good weekend.
Note about the schedules
The notice states starts at 10:30 on 8 and 13 April, while the handwritten map states 10:00 and 08:00 respectively. Both attachments are included so this discrepancy remains visible. Refer to your own notice from LEA for enquiries about the specific time.
